On-Point Property Advisors is a leading valuation and advisory firm built on long-lasting client relationships.  Our firm has a national reach and practices extensively throughout Missouri and Illinois.  To date our team has valued over $2 billion in assets. 

Prior to forming On-Point Property Advisors in 2014, Justin Swiney (owner/principal) served as a review appraiser for Montgomery Bank.  He has appraised, and reviewed appraisals, for various commercial, industrial, agricultural, multi-family, recreational and special use property types.  He holds a certified general real estate appraiser license, highest level of certification available, and is also a licensed real estate broker.

Justin received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Southeast Missouri State University and a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from William Woods University in Fulton, MO.  He has completed numerous advanced real estate appraisal courses and seminars.  

He is a Candidate for Designation with the Appraisal Institute and is expected to achieve his MAI designation in 2023.  Appraisers that hold the MAI designation have met rigorous requirements relating to advanced appraisal education and experience.
